Turkey Spinach Meatballs

I've been eyeing this recipe for a while and thought that it'd be a great meal on a rainy night. The ground turkey is super clean, spinach is super healthy, and they're baked for extra healthiness!
Not the best picture, but so yummy!

You will need:
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup breadcrumbs
4 garlic cloves
1 egg
crushed red pepper
oregano

Preheat oven to 420. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Form into balls about the size of golf balls and place on a greased baking sheet with a rim. Cook for about 35 minutes on 420, or until center reaches 160 degrees. Top with your favorite marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese!

I added frozen Eggplant Cutlets to my meatballs with organic tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Tonight we will heat them up for spaghetti and meatballs! YUM!
